Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated Senator Umar Sadiq (North) on his admission into the elite Fellowship of the Nigeria Academy of Pharmacy.

The Senator, a renowned pharmacist, was admitted into the Fellowship on November 8, 2021, following what the Academy called a “rigorous review process”.

His investiture was held today, December 8, 2022, in Lagos.

The Governor called the Fellowship a well-deserving honour for the politician who currently represents Kwara North Senatorial District at the Nigerian Senate.

“By his character, brilliance and professional integrity, we are confident that Senator Umar Sadiq is not just deserving of the honour of being admitted into this hall of fame but he also has the standing and presence of mind to always make the Academy and all of us proud at all time,” the Governor said.

“We pray the Almighty God to continue to honour the distinguished Senator and grant him more success, long years and good health in his service to humanity, including as a fine public officer.”
